Please refrain from the following while visiting The Mall

 

1.Taking actions that could result in a substantial risk of physical harm to persons or property.

2. Threatening or harassing any person.

3. Wearing no shirt or footwear; or wearing clothing with vulgar or profane wording or graphics.

4. Wearing excessively long and baggy shirts, shorts, and/or pants.

5. Bringing in alcohol or consuming alcohol anywhere within the mall common area or parking lot.

6. Gang activity, including wearing of apparel, including wearing ball caps intended to indicate gang membership or to communicate gang behavior.  This includes the use of gang symbols or slogans.

7. Running, skating, rollerblading, using scooters, bicycling or any action that interferes with the free flow of traffic in the mall and/or access to stores.

8. Standing or walking in such a way as to cause inconvenience to others or loitering inside or outside of the mall and/or its entrances.

9. Yelling, screaming, playing loud music or similar behavior that creates noises of sufficient volume to interfere with the hearing or peace of the general public.

10. Littering, throwing, discarding or depositing any paper, glass or other matter of any kind except in designated trash receptacles.

11. Defacing, damaging or destroying any real or personal property that is part of, or located in or on the mall including writing, spraying, scratching or otherwise affixing graffiti on such property.

12. Engaging in protests, petitioning, soliciting or scavenger hunting.

13. Possessing an explosive or incendiary device of any kind. (including fireworks)

14. Entering any area of the mall not open to the public.

15. Sitting on planters or trash receptacles.

16. Smoking in the common areas of the mall.

17. Bringing animals or pets except for animals in the company of, and trained to assist, disabled persons.

18. Distributing commercial advertising of any kind, offering samples of items that are sold or available for sale, or actually selling products or conducting surveys within the mall common area or parking lot area.

19. Truancy.

20. Violating any federal, state or local law.

21. Use of any camera, camcorder or any other related item without permission of mall management.
